Workshop 3 – Barriers 
15-16 April 2019, Turin, Italy
For Workshop 3 the barrier assessment tool will be utilised to assist in the identification of barriers to optimal management of organised screening programmes. We aim to assist attendees identify barriers at the health system and the service interface levels, such as the existence of a population register to invite the target population or a system for follow-up after a positive test. Strategies to overcome identified barriers will also be discussed.
The project was launched in September 2015 and will continue to August 2020.
