WP3 – Monitoring: collecting data on key benchmarks and quality indicators

This WP will focus specifically on producing and processing quantitative data on the key cross-sectional performance indicators, which we have identified in WP 2, in order to provide inputs for the modelling (WP 4). To establish the feasibility of collecting each quality indicator throughout Europe, data collection will first be performed in the exemplar countries. Priority and feasibility will together determine the final set of quality indicators to be collected. This core set will be discussed in interactive workshop 1 to help collect the required data throughout Europe. This cross-sectional data set will then be used as an input for the lifetime modelling; enabling evaluation of the variation of the quality parameters between programmes and its importance on the balances between harms and benefits.
