WP1 – Coordination

This WP focuses on ensuring that the project is well managed and meets all objectives. It includes administrative and managerial tasks, such as financial management, organizing regular teleconferences and face-to-face meetings, and timely reporting within the consortium as well as to Europe. It also ensures that the dissemination and exploitation of results and communication activities get high priority during the whole project.
